Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order only
After this window, orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled

💡 Cancellation Charges

No charges if cancelled within 1 hour
If Ritual Ratna cancels an order (due to stock/logistics issues), 100% refund will be processed

Return & Replacement Policy (3 Days)

We offer a 3-day replacement window from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

Damaged product received
Wrong item delivered
Missing items

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

To process any request, a clear unboxing video is compulsory:

Video must start before opening the sealed parcel
Package label must be visible
Entire opening process must be recorded

⚠️ Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

Size issues
Personal preferences / change of mind
Minor variations in color/design (due to lighting or handmade nature)

📦 Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for replacement:

Product must be unused and unwashed
Must be returned in original packaging with all items intact

Share Order ID + issue details + unboxing video via email/WhatsApp
Verification

Our team will verify the request within 48 hours
Approval

Once approved, we will initiate replacement

🚚 Replacement Charges

A flat fee of ₹150–₹200 may be applicable (covers reverse pickup + re-shipping)
Charges will be communicated before processing

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method
Approved cases will be issued as store credit only
Store credit validity: 6 months

Complaint acknowledgment: within 48 hours
Resolution timeline: within 7–10 working days
